I've learned a few things along the way while trying to find a permanent solution to this obesity disease. Here are a few things that I applied to my daily schedule to finally lose the fat I wanted.

2.) Resistance Training - Strength training is by far the fastest way anyone can burn fat. It helps you build and maintain muscle mass, which in return allows you to burn more calories at a faster speed. Muscle mass is what we need to completely reshape our body. Without enough muscle mass, we can lose weight, but we can't get the tone and lean body we desire.
3.) Diet Plan - Of course we can't leave out a healthy diet can we? It's a good idea to start a diet plan that will work with you. Everyone is different, and knows what diet plan will suit them best.
